  • Ingredient-driven, globally inspired, and rooted in seasonal cooking. I focus on high-quality produce, bold flavor, and techniques that are both refined and deeply nourishing. I gravitate towards Eastern Mediterranean flavors and love to introduce clients to new ingredients, but I have a vast repertoire that covers many cuisines. For my personal health, my cooking is gluten-free (aside from the occasional croistini). If that is not your style - I promise you won’t notice:)

  • Absolutely! I develop a one-of-a-kind menu tailored for you and your guests. Let me take care of the shopping, cooking, serving, and cleaning, so you get to enjoy the experience and relax.

    Step 1: We hop on a call to discuss what “the perfect meal” looks like for you and your guests. Do you have dietary restrictions or preferences? Foods you love or hate? Prefer plated or family-style? Let me know.

    Step 2: I will develop a first draft of a menu for you, and we will workshop any revisions.

    Step 3: I take care of all shopping and prep. On the event day, I will arrive at your home, rental, or event space 2 hours before the agreed food start time.

  • Yes! Learn basic knife skills, how to sear a salmon filet, or how to make beautiful galettes that will impress all of your friends. The possibilities of classes are endless and perfect for all skill levels. Either enjoy a fun in-home experience, or coordinate video cooking classes with friends from all over. Eating food you learned to cook from scratch never tasted better; you get to keep the memories, recipe notes, and leftovers.

  • I do! If you are looking for a chef to curate every meal for your family vacation, work trip, or celebration, I am your gal. I am currently based near Fayetteville, NC, but I will be moving to Alexandria, VA in Spring 2026. Please note that travel expenses will affect the final costs.

  • I am happy to make wine pairing recommendations, but I cannot legally provide alcohol. I have my Master’s Degree in Wine and Beverage Manangement from the Culinary Institute of America and I love to chat about pairings!
